AI strategy & implementation advisory

Make AI useful in the work.

I help founders and leadership teams find the right AI opportunities, build an implementation roadmap and get their people from experiments to adoption.

THE ADVISORY LENS
Where should AI create value? What needs to change to make it stick?

The gap I help close

Most teams do not need more AI demos. They need better choices about workflows, ownership and what success looks like.

A focused path from possibility to practice.

Start with the question your team needs answered now. Each engagement is shaped around a decision and a usable output.

Talk about advisory

Built in product. Tested in the real world.

My perspective comes from building products, leading teams and sitting with executives through change — not from watching AI from the sidelines.

Clear decisions. Then disciplined action.

01

Understand the work

We start with your goals, current workflows and the constraints that a vendor demo rarely sees.

02

Choose where to focus

We weigh opportunity against feasibility, then agree what to test and how to judge it.

03

Make adoption possible

We define owners, measures and the changes people need to work differently.

Before we talk.

What does an AI advisor actually do?

An AI advisor helps leadership teams decide where AI is useful, what to implement first, how to evaluate tools and how to bring people along. My work connects strategy to operating decisions, pilots and adoption.

Do we need to have an AI strategy already?

No. A readiness assessment is often the right starting point when a team has experiments underway but no shared priorities or clear owner.

Are you a fit for a small team or an enterprise?

I work with founders and leadership teams who can sponsor change and want practical progress. The scope depends on your current systems, team and decision timeline.

Will you recommend a specific AI vendor?

Only after the use case, data constraints and success measures are clear. Tool selection follows the problem, not the demo.
